Every class features rocking music, fun, easy to follow routines, and just a little bit of silliness. There’s no restriction on who can come…anyone from 16 to 70+ is welcome, as long as you feel fit enough to dance, we’re happy to have you.

2. Aerial yoga
Vayu Yoga is a unique aerial yoga practice that provides a complete mind and body experience. The word Vayu directly translates to wind or air in Sanskrit, and Vayu Yoga is also commonly known as “Flying Yoga” as it entails the practice of yoga asanas while being suspended in silken hammocks. Practitioners are unencumbered from the weight of their bodies and are able to completely relax, stretching their spine and every muscle of their body. Practicing inverted asanas in suspension also activates blood circulation.
This is a visionary yoga: free from gravity, we don’t feel the weight and stiffness of the body. We relieve our stress. We decompress the spine, the back, the neck, the joints, the pelvic area. We stretch effortlessly, realign our vertebrae, activate our blood circulation and stimulate our pineal and pituitary glands. By practicing inverted asanas in suspension, we feel our blood flowing all over our organs. We release our vital energy, our grace, our natural beauty. This form of yoga is a prop for deeper practice.

3.Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, artistry and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Gymnastics evolved from exercises used by the ancient Greeks that included skills for mounting and dismounting a horse, and from circus performance skills. ( special classes aerial hoop & pole )

4. Classical classes
Bharatnatyam is the oldest and renowned classical dance form performed by both male and female dancers all over the world. In these sessions we are going to focus on all aspects of Bharatnatyam. Your child will get lots of opportunities to enjoy dance as well as learn to appreciate the form, history, and technique. Stage performances are given after a certain stage of learning to all students. We prepare our students for Examinations and Diploma/Degree courses as well.

5. International dance course

While the ballet dance are meant exclusively for those who have been learning ballet from a young age, the School teaches a beginner level short-term ballet class for adults, combined with limbering. Limbering consists of stretching exercises that increase flexibility. In these classes, we strive to inculcate postural awareness and musicality and introduce the basic technique of ballet. Many of our adult ballet students have been trained in other dance disciplines, and are learning ballet to improve their posture, strength and lines.
Contemporary is a dance form that shows freedom of expression, interpretation of music, principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing, balance and contraction/release. Teachers incorporate an eclectic blend of contemporary and post-modern movement into their classes

Hip Hop class is a fast-paced and energetic dance style using the latest street/urban dance moves set to hip hop music. Hip hop encompasses a wide range of street styles including breaking, locking and popping. This class for young beginners/intermediates specifically focuses on developing rhythm and coordination while encouraging individual style to latest trendy songs.

6. Teens & adults classes
Bollywood sessions are eligible for all age groups. Inspired by the high energy music from Hindi films, our mixed level Bollywood & Bhangra class combines traditional Indian folk and classical dance with Bhangra and contemporary movement like hip hop and jazz. A best way to even shed some weight if you love dancing. You will learn technique and choreography that incorporate rhythmic, full body movement. Dance routine difficulty will vary on the basis of the age groups
